Wellness is an active  and intentional process of increased awareness of while taking action toward a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. Wellness is a dynamic process of change and growth, a state of complete physical, mental, and social positive balance.

Awareness: knowledge or perception of a situation or fact. Concern about and well-informed interest in a particular situation or development. Awareness has internal and external implications and connecting both creates a link to nature and wellness.

Health: Defined as the general mental and physical condition of a individual. In a glass half full vantage point, the absence of disease.


Wellness refers to the ailment of nurturing an optimal mental and physical health. However, wellness integrates more than that, its is felt by the frequency level of your energy.

Holistic: characterized by the belief that the parts of something are intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole.

The act of adopting and practicing positive habits on a daily to attain superior physical and mental health outcomes (thriving), so that instead of just getting thru (surviving). It's about living a life full of personal responsibility and therefore taking intentional steps to improve and maintain one's whole well-being and self-healing.

Risk factors include different types of known actions or habits that increase a person's chances for illness, injury (physical, emotional, financial, psychosomatic) or negative thinking, therefore catabolic feeling and action, which in turn leads to more of the same. Breaking old habits in search for new ones and staying consistent in their adoption and confidence can be challenging and dynamic when mingled with life’s other immediate responsibilities.
